We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

This year has been great for us as a team as we continue to match properties to buyers and find tenants for our landlords at an alarming rate. We have been super busy with requests for properties in the area, the supply certainly doesn’t meet the demand when it comes to property in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.

While the market across the country braces itself for Brexit in March we have seen slight fluctuations in the market over the last few months as it reacts to the ongoing ‘deal or no deal’ issue facing the British Government.

Politics has been a prominent feature of 2018 for everyone and hopefully come March 29^th we will be able to get on with business as usual as some of the market hesitation relaxes.

We are all looking forward to our Christmas break so that we can come back refreshed and ready to take on 2019 with the tenacity we have become known for.
