TW Property is an independent Tunbridge Wells estate agent with 20 years of local sales and letting experience. We are here to help you find your new home, whether that’s to buy or rent, or to look after your property if you are a landlord. Our team worked in all aspects of the property sector, in large and small estate agents, and building societies, before setting up TW Property, so we appreciate the entire buyer and seller journey.

Our independence gives us the freedom and flexibility to work for you and with you, in the way that’s best suited to us both. Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, we know the town inside out and are dedicated to helping you secure your next dream home.

We are a professional company who lives by our beliefs to always be friendly, approachable and personal.

Friendly – our door is always open, Monday to Saturday. We respond to your calls and messages quickly and we treat you and your family with respect. We’re here to help you and will do that in whichever way you need, whether you’re new to property ownership or renting, or are a portfolio landlord.

Approachable – nothing is too much. We’ll answer all your questions, help if you have issues once you’re in your property and assist with anything you’re not sure about. You should never worry about asking us anything. If we don’t know the answer, we know someone who does.

Personal – our independence means we can flex to suit you. Our process isn’t so rigid as to be immovable (apart from the legal stuff), and we’ll work with you, your needs and your timescale as much as we can.
