Before The Tenancy Starts, Payable To TW Lettings LTD
Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent.
This may be held if you fail the referencing or do not disclose information that is material to you passing our reference procedure, full details will be supplied before you pay the deposit.
During The Tenancy Agreement
Changes to the tenancy £50 or reasonable costs if higher.
Interest on rent owed charged at 3% above BOE base rate.
The cost of replacement keys or security devices plus any reasonable charge for agent or landlords time.
Payment of any unpaid rent or early termination of tenancy (subject to landlord’s approval). Capped at the cost of the remaining rent for the fixed term.
Other Permitted Payments
Any other permitted payments not included above covered under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
A 1 bedroom top floor flat situated in the town centre. The flat offers a lounge, kitchen with white goods including a washing machine and fridge freezer, bathroom, and a double bedroom. Permit parking is available.
